Cerro Coso men's basketball put together a strong offensive performance at home against Santa Barbara City College, shooting an efficient 61.9% from the field in a 72-point outing.
The Coyotes were led by Jay Matthews, who provided a big spark off the bench with 21 points on 8-10 shooting, adding 4 rebounds. Terrance Sims Jr. delivered a steady two-way effort with 14 points and 5 boards, while Demarris Day filled the stat sheet with 12 points, 7 assists, and 4 rebounds.
Inside, Issiakoi Aminou added an efficient 11 points (5-6 FG), and Lance Bailey Jr. contributed 9 points and 5 rebounds while orchestrating the offense with 5 assists.
